How to set up DSTM miner

This is the basic setup for ZCash mining pool. You could easily set up any other Equihash pool just changing the host:port address.

zm --server zec.2miners.com --port 1010 --user YOUR_ADDRESS.RIG_ID --pass x

YOUR_ADDRESS is your wallet address.
RIG_ID is the name of the rig as you want it to be shown in miner's statistics page. Maximum 32 characters. Use English letters, numbers and symbols "-" and "_". You could leave it empty.
